Neo (Neo Security, Inc.) is a real-time control layer for enterprise software that’s becoming agentic — AI agents, AI-enabled applications, browsers, plugins, MCP servers, and traditional software gaining agentic capabilities. Rather than treating agentic software as a known quantity the way legacy security tools treat deterministic applications, Neo continuously inventories what agentic software is running, enriches it with a knowledge base of known capabilities and risks (Neoverse), attributes every action back to the responsible human or agent, and enforces group- or identity-specific policy on tool calls, API access, and data movement natively — without handing enforcement off to a separate tool.
The company emerged from stealth on July 20, 2026, founded by former SentinelOne, Wiz, and Palo Alto Networks veterans: CEO Nick Warner (who built SentinelOne’s go-to-market org and took it public as COO in 2021), Shlomi Salem (formerly SentinelOne’s detection engineering lead), and Eran Shirazi (co-founder of EasySend, formerly of IDF Unit 8200’s vulnerability research group). Neo is based in Boston.
